Aaron Wesselink has been living in Los Cabos full time since 2006. With a wife and three small children, Aaron and his family truly love the Los Cabos lifestyle. Prior to living in Los Cabos, Aaron was a Realtor in San Diego specializing in beach properties and had been involved in some small development projects.

Aside from working as a general real estate broker, Aaron Wesselink has spent the last 18 years developing the luxury beachfront community of El Encanto de La Laguna.

 

The Laguna Realty general real estate team is one of the branches of the real estate service teams under parent company East Cape Holdings, S.A. de R.L. de C.V. that Aaron directs. East Cape Holdings not only sells real estate in Los Cabos but also designs and build residential real estate with their in house architecture and construction teams.

 

The development team consist of a legal department that is in house and serves Laguna Realty as well as other departments that are immensely beneficial to the Laguna Realty client such as the connections to wholesale furniture companies giving great design sources for less as well as the in house vacation rental team. Laguna Realty has an extensive support team that few other brokerage in Los Cabos have that truly benefit our clients.

Before moving to San Jose del Cabo Karen spent her adult life in Minneapolis, Minnesota as the owner of an offset printing company and as a graphic designer, web designer and photographer.

​

She spent many vacations in the Fort Myers/Sanibel Island area in Florida at her family’s winter home and always assumed that she would end up in that same area. However, home prices near (or on) the ocean were prohibitive, high humidity much of the year made the weather less than ideal and traffic made a 1 mile trip to the beach take 45 minutes to an hour.

 

So Karen traveled throughout the Caribbean and Mexico for several years searching for the perfect place to escape the frigid winters in Minnesota. When finally arriving in Los Cabos she knew immediately she had found that perfect place. She purchased a home in San Jose del Cabo and began spending her vacations here. In 2004 she sold her printing business and began spending most of her time in Cabo.

 

Many of her friends were involved in the Real Estate business and for several years she assisted them with Open Houses, Real Estate Photography and listings on the MLS.  With the opening of the new general real estate office in San Jose del Cabo Karen joined Laguna Realty in the fall of 2016.

 

She has assisted clients in purchasing beachfront condos, lots, duplexes and buildings in the Historic District.

In accordance to Section 5 of NOM-247-SE-2021 in case of an accepted offer, and if a Due Diligence Period is requested by the Client, the latter will have the right to request to East Cape Holdings DBA doing business as Laguna Realty, the information contained in that same section including among others – (i) Information of Company creation (Laguna Realty Real Estate), (ii) Contact Information, (iii) Address, phone and email, (iv) letter confirming the right to list the property and or the right to contact the listing Broker to commercialize the Property, as well (v) as Property title, (vi) information of any liens if any, (vii) financing conditions if available (viii) Construction permits, manifestation and other relevant documents including if Available by Seller of Plans, and other specifications including any type of warranty if available.
