IN ACCORDANCE TO SECTION 5 OF NOM-247-SE-2021 

In accordance to Section 5 of NOM-247-SE-2021 in case of an accepted offer, and if a Due Diligence Period is requested by the Client, the latter will have the right to request to East Cape Holdings DBA doing business as Laguna Realty, the information contained in that same section including among others – (i) Information of Company creation (Laguna Realty Real Estate), (ii) Contact Information, (iii) Address, phone and email, (iv) letter confirming the right to list the property and or the right to contact the listing Broker to commercialize the Property, as well (v) as Property title, (vi) information of any liens if any, (vii) financing conditions if available (viii) Construction permits, manifestation and other relevant documents including if Available by Seller of Plans, and other specifications including any type of warranty if available.

En caso de oferta aceptada, y si el Cliente solicita un Período de Debida Diligencia, éste tendrá derecho a solicitar a East Cape Holdings S de RL de CV operando como Laguna Realty, la información contenida en esa misma sección incluyendo entre otros – (i) Información de creación de la Compañía (Laguna Realty), (ii) Información de contacto, (iii) Dirección, teléfono y correo electrónico, (iv) carta que confirma el derecho a listar la propiedad y o el derecho de contactar al Corredor de cotización para comercializar la Propiedad, así como (v) el título de la Propiedad, (vi) información de cualquier gravamen, si lo hubiere, (vii) condiciones de financiamiento, si están disponibles (viii) Permisos de construcción, manifestación y otros documentos relevantes incluyendo si Disponible por el Vendedor de Planes, y otras especificaciones incluyendo cualquier tipo de garantía si está disponible.
